Job Description
Objective of the role:
Managing the financial department and leading financial team.
List of responsibilities:
1. Leadership of the financial team
2. Responsible for managing daily financial activities
3. Responsible for all accounting department tasks including control of invoices, receivables, salary, VAT, tax, insurance
4. Managing budgets, cash flow, bank transactions
5. Full awareness on income tax, VAT and insurance (Tamin Ejtemai) audits
6. Controlling income, cash flow, and expenditure
7. Well communications with customers and stakeholders, negotiation skills
8. Cost analysis, products prices analysis
9. End-year warehouse and accounting system close
10. Preparing financial statements, financial ratios and other relevant financial and accounting reports of the company
11. Well understanding and knowledge of foreign trade process and related financial records
12. Familiar with automotive industry (or have related experience)
13. Managing office processes (personnel contracts, etc).
Reporting to: Managing Director.
Subordinates: Financial team, accountants, office personnel .
Length of Probation Period: 2 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, full time.
Travel requirements: Traveling may be required.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: Mutual Agreement .
