Éclair with over 10 years of experience is a well-known Brand which is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business. We have more than 50 employees and looking for a strong and capable Accounting Manager with understanding and passion for this job who can oversee and manage all financial and accounting matters related to Eclairs growth strategies. - Mastery of Production and Industrial accounting will be necessary for candidates.

Job Description
• Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other managerial reports.
• Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Prepare and analyze Cost of good sold.
• Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal financial systems and ensures they meet high standards.
• Oversee the performance of team & individuals defined in the JD to ensure highest level of performance.
• Ensures assigned tasks and activities are completed within the budgeted timeframe.
• Responsible for the timely payment of salaries, expenses and allowances to the employees in addition to taxes, insurance and other government obligations and reporting on the same.
• Preparation of fiscal financial and statements including balance sheet and income statement.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and identification of key process risks and related internal controls.
