Job Description

Develops and maintains the finance and accounting policies and procedures, and ensures that it is properly implemented across the company.
- Coordinates, supervises, and follows-up all financial, accounting, and budgeting activities.
- Ensures the performance of the financial controls over the Company's financial activities.
- Provides financial advice to the management as related to new company investments.
- Plans, directs, and controls the monthly financial and accounting work plan.
- Provides monthly, quarterly and annual management reports to the General Manager.
- Analyses operating costs and research a new sources of Finance, and new business opportunities.
- Establishes, coordinates and administers an adequate plan for the control of operations including profit planning, programs for capital investing and financing, expense budgets and cost standards together with the necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plan.
- Analyses performance according to operating plans and standards; reports and interprets the results of operations to all levels of management in coordination with the Management Accountant.
- Provides all departments with the necessary financial information to enable them to carry out their assigned responsibilities.
- Ensures the protection of company assets through proper control procedures.
- Maintains good business relationship with banks, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitors and supervises the company's cash flow plan and ensures maintaining adequate liquidity taking into consideration any provisions.
- Reviews and submits accurate & timely management accounts, cash flow monitoring reports and forecasting
- Reviews and maintains financial systems including revenue, operating expense, capital budget, and cash flow plans for all departments.
- Develops yearly department budgets and organization budget based on overall plans of the organization, in coordination with the Group Finance Manager.
- Develops the expense allocation methodology and ensure accurate monthly application of revenue and expense.
- Develop business plans and financial impact analysis for new projects. Identify risks and opportunities, understanding base assumptions for strategic growth of the departments.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the financial statements, both actual and budgeted.
- Extensive involvement in the preparation of operational budgets, monitoring and comparison to actual performance.
- Responsible for financial analysis and recommendations for cost effective operations and improvements, and management of the payroll function/ allocation of resource costs.
- Coordinate with the external financial auditors for a smooth issuance of the financial states.
- Forecasts and analyses the financial implications of the existing and prospective legal issues, and recommends the corrective actions and the way forward.
- Evaluates the performance of his direct reports and provides performance evaluation reports to the HR & Admin department.
- Analyses all the variations and prepares findings reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Negotiate with the banks regarding the financial facilities for the company and with regards to the related project facilities (LCs - LGs)

Requirements

- Fluent in industrial accounting. (Dominance of manufacturing and industrial accounting). - Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance management, Accounting. (At list Master’s degree in relevant field in a well-known university). - +10 years of experience in manufacturing and in a similar position in a medium - or large - size company and experience of managing teams.( Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance management and Accounting). - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Strong Skilled in tax, insurance & vat law. - Skillful at accounting & financial software. - Strong sense of prioritization with the ability to multi-task. - Time management and ability to work with tight deadlines. - Familiar with Cost of products analysis and Familiar with production process. - Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching. - Ability to make strong accounting team.
