Job Description

- Handle Purchasing Process from A to Z: Getting the P/I to Goods delivery at the warehouse
- P/I registration, Working with banks for currency allocation, Having full knowledge of bank procedures, bank forms,…
- Arrange delivery of the goods with the supplier & forwarder, checking shipping docs, following up arrival of goods with the seller
- Arrange clearance of the goods upon arrival
- Arrange bank guarantee clearance
- Having worked with ntsw, epl, other platforms
- Being updated of new regulations
- Arrange Required Certificates,
- Sourcing New Products and New Suppliers,
- Negotiate with Suppliers

Requirements

- At least 2 years of relative experience in the chemical industry, - Relative Qualification in the field of Chemistry, - Full command of Incoterms, Commercial & Trading Rules and Regulations, Purchasing process from A to Z, - Competent at Commercial Correspondences, - A clear ability to work across an organization and with sales, operations, finance and commercial team - Fast-paced and self-motivated, Punctual and Process oriented,
