Job Description

- Keep record of trade data base.
- Preparing Commercial documents
- Tracking orders process to meet the deadlines and preparing order status reports
- Cooperation with Logistic and Financial team for keeping records updated
- Supporting purchase, sales and marketing team
- Preparing reports for commercial managers

Requirements

- Bachelor degree - Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial documentation in a medium or large size company - Fluent in English (Writing and comprehension) - High level of Computer Skills ; windows & Microsoft Office (word, Excel, power point, outlook) - High accuracy in working with documents and figures - Good communication skills - Familiar with export and import process and commercial correspondents - Good knowledge of foreign trade and business writings are preferred. - Self-development, Self-learning and Self-motivation - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet required deadlines . - High level of team working skills - Relevant experience in Oil , Bitumen and Petrochemicals will be considered as an advantage. - Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
