• Planning and organizing purchase requests according to time schedule
• Managing procurement activities including ordering, payment, shipment and customs clearance.
• Managing procurement team
• Liaising with project managers to supply required goods/services on time and on budget
• Contract negotiation and contract management
• Providing presentation and progress reports

Requirements

Professional Skills • At least 15 years experience in similar roles • Masters or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Commerce from high rank universities • Proficient in commercial correspondences • Fluent in English language both verbal and writing • High ability in contractual negotiations • Good knowledge in international payment methods, customs regulations and customs clearance. • Good knowledge in international contracts. Personal Skills • Good organization skills • Ability to manage people • Good communication skills • Detail oriented • Energetic and self motivated
