Job Description

- Develop and identify marketing plan and strategies.
- Evaluate and monitor marketing plan continuously.
- Budget for marketing department.
- Survey demand and market elasticity in terms of products and identifying competitors’ strategy and facilities.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Supervise TMR team’s performance.

Requirements

- B.A in industrial engineering, M.Sc in Marketing and MBA - knowledge of TMR planning, marketing research, marketing plan and business plan development. - Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing research executive. - Highly effective communication and presentation, Complex Problem Solving, Persuasion, Negotiation, Social Perceptiveness skills
