Job Description Main Responsibilities: - Manage and develop channel partners throughout the country, region. - Forecast yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales and realize the targets through developing and maintaining a strong relationship with channel partners. - Find and select sales partners for each region according to the Partner Selection Criteria. - Define sales targets for each region and each sales partner. - Hold quarterly partner reviews. - Support channel partners in terms of updated product information, training, product samples, etc. Generate new sales: - Continuously scan the market for new business opportunities and develop the market. - Find new sales opportunities. - Negotiate with new customers and close new deals. Manage Sales Team: - Hire new team members and define their roles and responsibilities. - Manage, coach, and train the sales team. - Define targets for each team member. - Hold timely team member reviews. - Resolve team conflicts. - Hold daily team meetings. - Utilize CRM to record all customer-related activities, generate reports, and analyze team performance. - Utilize SAP to handle sales workflow processes. - Generate timely sales reports and present them to the company managers/board.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably industrial products).
- Excellent sales skills.
- Experience in developing and managing channel partner networks.
- Good experience in CRM systems (preferably MS CRM).
- Experience in SAP-ERP is a plus.
