Main Responsibilities: - Manage and develop channel partners throughout the country, region. - Forecast yearly, quarterly, and monthly sales and realize the targets through developing and maintaining a strong relationship with channel partners. - Find and select sales partners for each region according to the Partner Selection Criteria. - Define sales targets for each region and each sales partner. - Hold quarterly partner reviews. - Support channel partners in terms of updated product information, trainings, product samples, etc. Generate new sales: - Continuously scan the market for new business opportunities and develop the market. - Find new sales opportunities . - Negotiate with new customers and close new deals. Manage Sales Team: - Hire new team members and define their roles and responsibilities. - Manage, coach and train the sales team. - Define targets for each team member. - Hold timely team member reviews. - Resolve team conflicts. - Hold daily team meetings.
- Utilize CRM to record all customer related activities, generate reports and analyze team performance.
- Utilize SAP to handle sales workflow processes.
- Generate timely sales reports and present them to the company managers/board.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably industrial products).
Excellent sales skills.
Experience in developing and managing channel partner network.
Good experience in CRM systems (preferably MS CRM).
Experience in SAP-ERP is a plus.
