Job Description

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing online marketing campaigns
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
• Reports Directly to the Managing Director
• Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings

Requirements

• BS/MS degree (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Management, MBA) • At least 10 years in related position • Strong analytical and project management skills • Having a work experience in the agricultural industry is an advantage • Confident and dynamic personality • Leadership and communication skills • Technical Proficiency • Excellent in Teamwork • Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges • Job requires being honest and ethical • Job requires creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas for and answers • Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
