This senior role is an integral part of our busy team of experienced executive team members and data analysts. The role requires knowledge in media measurement techniques and the ability to handle all stages of the project life cycle, from proposal to presentation. You will be expected to attend client meetings and represent the company in public (e.g. within conferences and client presentations) and you will be given support but freedom to develop the research stream to meet clients’ needs with innovative and profitable research proposals. Key Responsibilities • Leading and project managing research • Planning and executing sales/business development activity to achieve targets • Responding to enquirers and requests for proposals • Designing “research products” that can be marketed to target clients • Building relationships with new and existing client base to encourage repeat purchase • Coaching and developing junior staff to acquire/improve their primary skills • Mentoring other team members • Contributing to the management of company-wide initiatives; member of the management team and participate in company training days, CSR programs • Contributing to thought leadership, speaking at conferences and seminars, writing web/blog content about relevant insight issues
Requirements
Person Specification Essential :
• Min 5 years work experience including team and project management, research design, execution and reporting.
• Experience or knowledge of the advertising and media measurements
• Positive commercial attitude
• Experienced presenter, able to create winning proposals, a good net worker and written/verbal
communicator
• Able to coach, mentor and manage junior staff
• High quality standards in both setting research methods and delivering research results whether
written reports or presentations
• Bachelor / Master in management, marketing and related fields
• Fluent English skills
