- Performing and following up all activities related to a new product development project from idea phase until mass production. - Preparing and supervision of project progress and reporting to senior managers. - Monitor, track and report project milestones and deliverables. - Communication with different departments within the company and customers for assuring good progress of project
Requirements
- Familiar with automotive industry and automotive parts.
- Excellent business analysis skills.
- Familiar with APQP procedure and new product development phases.
- Great Negotiation skills.
- Bachelor degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry preferably in Marketing or R&D department.
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Good level of English language and communication
- Familiar with MS Project software and software normally used for simulation.
- Team oriented but also ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills
- Having problem solving skills and ability to work to deadlines.
