Job Description

• Work directly with Operation manager to help implement project goals
• Assist the business operation manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
• Organize and track all project documents
• Overview project goals and ensure they are achievable
• Monitoring and controlling the projects’ progress
• Making balance between priorities, timing, cost and available resources
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
• Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
• Monitor KPIs and report the issues

Requirements

• Ability to use necessary softwares (CAD, MSP, Excel,…) • Considerable skills: Resilience; Internal negotiation skills; Communication and feedback skills; Problem solving; Critical thinking; Proactivity, • Expert-level experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft and MacOS • Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
