Project Control Expert

Job Description

-Manage project execution to ensure adherence to risks, schedule, and scope
-Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
-Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
-Create a total work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
-Required to complete the project the project activities; revise the schedule as required
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and reports
-Prepare analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level and various management reports
-Define and measure Project Time Performance indexes
-Interact with Project Managers and Resource Managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules and identification of variances from the approved plan
-Define and measure Project KPIs
-Identifying all stakeholders at the beginning of the project and getting their requests and idea about the project
-Creating a strategy to manage the stakeholders
-Creation of WBS, and relevant procedures
-Control time and resources in order to update the project schedule
