For Practitioners: DrDr offers a scheduling and management system, helps them to improve their quality of life at work and offers a new experience to their patients.
For Patients: DrDr offers patients more transparent access to healthcare and a full range of online services to manage their health via the website and the app: from finding nearby healthcare professionals to 24/7 online appointment booking and management, and phone consultation.

We are looking for a really excellent Product manager. The Product Manager is a professional responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a team to ensure the most useful and proper functionality of the product.

As Product Manager, you will gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinates sprints. You should identify user needs, help a customer understand the business value, and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

Your effort is essential for the company as you will need to deliver product not just according to users, but the product that helps make our company vision a reality.


You will Manage the drdr.ir product, Design, and Analytics team. You will be defining the products that the business needs to make better decisions. You will elicit requirements from the business stakeholders, contribute to the roadmap, and work alongside Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver solutions.

This role will best suit someone who enjoys collaborating, is well organized, pragmatic, and a lateral thinker who is motivated to change things for the better.


Responsibilities


- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

- Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

- Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure that work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy

- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

- Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities

- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Iteration Goals

- Follow our competitors and the industry

- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

- Draft key objectives and results, strategies, and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.

Requirements

- 3+ years of demonstrative product ownership or product design experience - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management - Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job - Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience working in agile teams - Familiar with Scrum “Product Owner” role responsibilities - Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving to support decision making - Ability to see the bigger picture and meticulous in the day to day detail to ensure the quality of delivery and alignment to goals and vision - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment - MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred - Experience in payment processing technologies preferred - A strong understanding of APIs and microservice architectures is a considerable bonus - The Ability to Run Stakeholder Meetings, Stakeholder Management. - Documentation and Writing Skills. - Team player who can communicate your ideas with the group.
