Job Description

- Organizing and preparing control documents of projects
- Preparing project control planning and control instructions, revising and updating project schedule in coordination of project manager
- Calculating work progress and deviation
- Preparing required documents relevant to delays in projects
- preparing feasibility study documents for new projects
- Any other instructions or duties assigned by the management
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverable
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress and reports
- Prepare analytic reports about progress and delay in project/portfolio level and various
management reports
- Define and measure Project Time Performance indexes
- Creation of WBS, and relevant procedures
- Control time and resources in order to update the project schedule

Requirements

- B.S. or M.S in industrial Engineering from a reputable university - Minimum 3 years of experience in project control and experience in water/ wastewater & oil gas and petrochemical projects - Software Skills (expert): PRIMAVERA. MS PROJECT, COMFAR - Team cooperative working, good skill of communication and gathering information - Write reports on the project for senior management - Military service status should be completed - Reading, Speaking & Understand and speak English - Other skills: Resilience; Internal negotiation skills; Communication and feedback skills; Problem solving; Critical thinking; Ownership; Pro-activity; Data Driven.
