Job Description

- Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into their company or organization and overseeing the development of new products
- Responsible for overseeing the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production
- Need to keep track of all the costs related to the creation of these new products and decide what ideas are worth pursuing
- Should also stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large in order to make sure their company is up-to-date and current with the most advanced R&D developments
- Confer with engineers to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests
- Set up and conduct experiments, tests, and analyses, using the related techniques....

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (higher degrees preferable) in electronics and mechanics - Sufficient knowledge of English - Strong research skills - A good understanding of electronics and mechanics - Ability to work with programming language - Ability to work with engineering software, especially for electronics and mechanics designs - Must be a team player - Interested in research and development - Familiar with technical document - Highly creative and determined - Approval of finished mandatory military service
