Job Description
- Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Synthesize current business trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.
- Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs.
- Manage timely flow of business Reports & information to users.
- Collect business data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
- Maintain or update business Reports, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
- Disseminate information regarding tools, reports enhancements.
- Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
- Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
- Communicate with Sales team, professional organizations, or others to stay abreast of industry or business trends.
- Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
- Analyze Statistical trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve sales of existing products.
- Prepare analytical reports (Volume & Value & …)
- Analyze market or customer related data.
- Create Files to store electronic data.
- Develop models of information or communications systems.
- Report information to Sales manager & CEO
Requirements
- Knowledge of administrative and Coordinating procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. - Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production, Routing, Sales methods and coordination of people and resources. - Knowledge of Forecast technics and Demanding - Systems Analysis: Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes. - Analyzing Data or Information to Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts - Systems Evaluation: Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. - Monitoring/Assessing performance of Sales, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. - Document management software: Adobe Systems Adobe Acrobat or equivalent - Electronic mail software: Email software; Microsoft Outlook - Internet browser software: Web browser - Office suite software: Microsoft Office, specially PowerPoint & Excel & Word - Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. - Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively. - Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. - Negotiation: Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences. - Work Experience: at least 6 years, related Experience: at least 4 years
