Job Description

Objective of the role:
To improve the performance of the sales network.
Increase sales and create a customer relationship network

Reporting to: Sales Manager.
Subordinates: Sellers.
Length of Probation Period: 1Month.
Working hours: 8 -10 hours.
Travel requirements: no.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: 5-8 million toman
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: 2_5%

Requirements

University Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and higher. . Other certifications obtained: ICDL or some CRM app. Nature and length of previous experience: Marketing and sales experience.. Specialist knowledge: Preferably participate in negotiation techniques courses. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Self Confidence. Good articulation In-person, telephone and internet marketing Have online sales panel management experience. Good and effective communication. Face-to-face sales experience
