- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Also responding to incoming emails in a timely manner - Arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business - Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues - Making accurate calculations and providing customers with quotation - Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets - Gathering market and customer information - Dealing with insolvency cases - Meeting and interviewing clients
Requirements
- Working in the sales department of an international transportation and forwarding company which earns a good knowledge of shipping process, terms and activities while requires expertise in English or Russian or Turkish language, Incoterms, customer relationship, negotiation, meeting arrangements and etc.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customer
- Ability of business and finance analysis
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
