-Managing the sales through direct selling (via local sales experts) -Plan, Control & achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets of Sales team -Developing sales prediction and achieve the sales target -Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their efforts of team and results -Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth -Ensure territory coverage, reporting and feedback and fulfilling the requirements as instructed by the company -Prepare the regular reports, including activity and monthly reports to sales Manager Reporting to: Sales Manager
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or above in related fields
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience as District Manager/Supervisor
-Must be able to travel inside Iran
-Able to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks
-Familiar with healthcare market - Flexibility and adaptability
-Ideal Age Range: 28 - 35
