Job Description

• Planning, coordinating, supervising and leading all technical team’s tasks
• Performing required maintenance actions for machinery
• Performing preventative maintenance actions for machinery,
• Ensuring all calibrations of equipment are properly performed
• Preparing KPIs for technical unit
• Preparing identification and technical data for machinery, equipment, their spare parts and components
• Identifying the production line failures caused by machinery problems and providing a proper solution to reduce the failures
• Performing proper actions to improve efficiency and lifespan of equipment and machinery
• Planning periodic maintenance plans for machinery and equipment
• Establishing strategic plans of maintenance cost control
• Supervising working plans of electrical, mechanical, civil, maintenance, utilities and powerhouse units

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree holder in electronics or mechanics engineering • At least 10 years of experience as a technical manager • Sound knowledge of packaging and manufacturing machinery to lead technical team • Familiar with cost control methods for machinery maintenance and performance effectiveness increase, • Working knowledge of maintenance plans, • Working knowledge of machinery installation and equipment, • Good command of maintenance, utilities and civil Process • Possibility to relocate to Maragheh
