Job Description

- Explore new opportunities from regular field visits and trade drives.
- Prepare market research report on competitor, customer activities (Benchmarking and Price tracking file) and data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and material.
- Monitor promotional trends and competitor actions by category, sub category, and priority channels.
- Preparing monthly grid (monthly policies, targets, budgets, trade drives)
- Deploying initiatives, promotions, POSMs, by Brand/Channels/SKU
- Constant market visits across country is necessary.
- Training the team with product and merchandising knowledge.
- Report on competition moves and provides suggested effective plans to react in the right direction.
- Develop projects to utilize potential growth in Speed's coverage area, across all distributors’ areas.
- Complete mastery of the science of product layout at points of sales
- Develop a strategy to help generate sales in inactive locations
- Develop a strategy and help the sales manager to increase sales in active areas
- Holding training sessions with salespeople within the organization to teach marketing at the point of sales
- Development of high-efficiency methods to increase product output at points of sales
- Develop a strategy for the performance of the market research team to obtain valuable data for sales development

Requirements

- Experience: minimum 5 years’ experience in trade marketing. - Computer skills: Fully conversant with MS office. (Expert in excel is necessary) - English: full command in English language (both verbal & written) - Full familiarity with advertising tools related to points of sale and their development to improve product output - Core competencies: Effective communication skills -Team work -Self-development -Time management -Creative thinking
