Job Description

Objective of the role: Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers..
List of responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate activities involving of sales, services, or other subjects of sale.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
• Determine price schedules and discount rates.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Reporting to: CEO.
Subordinates: • Sales forces • Sales representatives • Sales accounting.
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: In general, the financial money market is active all the time From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m..
Travel requirements: No. During the first year But in later years to control the agencies.

Requirements

University Qualifications: • Master of Financial Management • Master of Business Administration. Other certifications obtained: • Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
