Job Description

- Objective of the role:
Handling the routine and advanced duties for managers.
will be dealing with a wide range of people from clients to management and even other corporate CEOs.
- List of responsibilities:
- organizing files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices if needed and offer general staff support.
- Answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Event planning and setting up meetings.
- Making travel arrangements and generate itineraries for technical and sales staff.
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports.
- create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Reporting to:
Managing Director.
- Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
- Working hours:
Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc or MSc. - Other certifications obtained: Full knowledge of ICDL, Internet skills and CRM. - Nature and length of previous experience: Previous related experience is a plus. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Capability to organize several tasks under pressure, problem-solving and decision making skills. - Effective communication skills - Self-motivated and teamwork oriented.
