Job Description

-Set appointments and meeting for managers
-Work with computer programs like Excel, Word and other office programs.
-Responding emails, letters and inquiries
-Preparing and typing draft letters
-Answering phone calls
-Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
-Type & dispatch required letters and minutes of meetings internally and externally
-High precision and programmed
-Working Time: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to -18:00 p.m.

Requirements

-At least 3 years’ experience in related position -Having ICDL skill -Ability to recognize the principles and concepts of secretariat -Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Category -Honesty and personal maturity -Good negotiation skill -Team work abilities and skills -Attention to details -Trustworthy & Initiative -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
