Job Description

- Management and leadership of sales teams
- Training sales staff - Monitoring and evaluating the work and activities of the sales team
- Plan to reward and encourage staff
- Follow up the good work and monitor the process of processes related to the unit
- Provide written reports based on the needs of the organization to managers
- Align sales and marketing strategies in unit
- Manage and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Drive the implementation of sales campaigns that meet business objectives and leads
- Manage and coach a high-performing Sales team
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devises
- Effective planning and attendance at specialized congresses
- Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts through negotiating with others
- Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all vendors and customers
- Sets an example of professionalism through actions and appearance
- Define, implement and report sales activities
- Ensure good collaboration between sales department and other departments
- Plan for sale targets and the strategy to achieve them
- Negotiation for Sales in B2B Market
- Analyze and control performance of every team member and coaching them in successful way
- Maintain, build and develop relationships with customers
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas for improvement
- Review and analyze sales performances against programs and planning to determine effectiveness of them - Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

Requirements

- At least Bachelor or Master Degree in Commercial , Marketing, Management, or MBA - At least 12 years of work experience in sales - At least 5 years of management or supervision experience - Full acquaintance with marketing knowledge - Full knowledge of market research - Full acquaintance with competitors' observation - Managing individual and team quotas - Responsibility with high perseverance and motivation and interest in teamwork - Fully Reporting skills
