-He will assist the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in planning. -Organizing, and executing all daily activities. -Organizing and managing CSO’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by CSO and presenting results report. -Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CSO's schedule. -Answer phone and, providing a prioritized call list to CSO, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. -Respecting the confidentiality of documents and all information -Making travel arrangements. -Handling correspondence, and reporting to CSO. -Coordinating conferences and meetings. -Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed. -Respecting the confidentiality of documents and all information
Requirements
-University Qualification: Bachelor degree
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package
-Well organized and having good time management skills
-Teamwork minded
-Time management and multitasking skills
-A good listener and active in the work environment
-Positive attitude toward clients and suppliers
-Ability to work as a team
-Have Good &professional public relation -Excellent typing skills in both Farsi and English
