Job Description

- Researching and negotiating with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications and prepare and handle all necessary documentation from Performa Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures
- End-to-end purchasing process from order placement to final delivery.
- Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions
- Working with different authorities including ministry of health (to get Iran Registration Code) and ministry of commerce including purchase registration, insurance policy, certificates of health and standards)

- Preparing documents and following up the custom clearance of products.
