Job Description

- Perform and coordinate all commercial activities and affairs such as negotiating and ordering
- Communicate with suppliers of the company to place the orders and arrange the shipments
- Documentation of the ordering process based on company requirements
- Planning with regulatory authorities, suppliers, and customers for smooth delivery of products
- Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors
- Preparing the regular reports and forecast plans and timetables
- Supplier evaluation with the help of other departments when needed

Requirements

- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Commercial Management or other related majors are preferred) - Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years (experience in the field of Pharma is a plus) Skills: - Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Good command of the English language (verbal and written) - Good MS Office proficiency (especially Excel and Word) - Strong presentation skills - Expert in all commercial steps - Expert in rules and regulations of banking procedures - Familiar with custom clearance procedures - Familiarity with “Hamkaran Systems” software Traits: Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, creative, and team player
