- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives - Perform a wide range of human resource tasks, such as organizing training, managing employee benefits and leave - Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives - Record daily reports of sales team members monitor team performance - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics - Improving organizational structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions - Act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. - Location: Tehran, Poonak
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent communication, leadership skills and having good time management skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
- Daily communication with sales team members and review of daily tasks and possible problems
- Provide reports and performance analysis
- Analytical thinking ability
