Job Description

Main responsibilities are including but not limited to:
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Recruits, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings..
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform training cycle including training need assessment, design, implementation and evaluation steps.
- Prepare different HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Requirements

• Minimum BA in industrial engineering or management • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training and development, labor relations and negotiation. • Good command of negotiation and communication skill. • Minimum 4 years of related experiences (HR) • Knowledge of MS. Office (Specially Excel) • Excellent public relations skill.
