Job Description

- Undertake development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and
organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Administer compensation and benefit plans In charge of talent acquisition and recruitment

Requirements

- At least 3 years of related work experience - Responsible personality - Ability to communicate with employees - Related education(course management-Human Resources Officer) - Familiar with specialized office software and human resources - Management and supervision skills
