* Recruitment & talent hunting
* Development & Training
* Coordinate and conduct HR activities(such as Job Analysis, competencies design, job categorization, …)
* Design, Implement and Analyze performance management
* Plan & Organize activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management
* Preparing required statistical and analytical reports

Requirements

* Master’s degree in Human resource management * At least 3 years’ experience in related field. * Familiar with all human resource processes, including Job analysis, Recruitment ,Development, performance evaluation, Compensation, Talent management. * Strong knowledge of English language * Advanced MS office skills * Problem Solving ability * Strong communication skills * Accurate, Consistent, Patient and Flexible
