-We are currently seeking a skilled human resources expert who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and implementing required HR procedures while improving current ones. -Performing all HR task including Job analysis, Recruitment ,Development, performance evaluation, Compensation, Talent management. -Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs. -Performing internal communication such as announcements, screening, coordinating interviews, result announcements. -Providing and updating HR databases. -Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys. -Maintaining employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents. -Support broader HR projects when necessary.
Requirements
-Bs/BA in business administration or relevant field.
-Minimum of 3years HR fields.
-Hardworking and smart, creative and eager to learn.
-Strong knowledge of English language and MS office software skills.
-Age: 28-32 (men)
