-Strategic HR planning -Recruitment & talent hunting, (Based on Interview Methods, Personality Tests Analysis) -Development & Training (ISO 10015) -Coordinate and conduct HR activities (such as Job Analysis, competencies design, - On-Boarding, job categorization, performance management) -Developing employee satisfaction and engagement programs -Plan & Organize activities for personnel welfare benefits to the management -Develop instructions & processes -Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation. -Set up a meeting for identifying & solving problems
Requirements
-M.S. degree in Management, Human Resource or related field
-Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
-Expert in HR Field as an HR general expert
-Familiar with strategic HR planning
-Familiar with business processes
-Familiar with knowledge management topics
-Problem-solving ability
-Strong communication skills
-Being responsible and committed, honest, and hard worker.
