Job Description

The Marketing Manager will oversee a team responding for channel marketing and lead all brand, social, content and PR efforts for the organization.
- This person will thrive on leading teams and lead with confidence, compassion, balanced with enthusiasm for delivery results.
- This person must be a master juggler and comfortable with shifting priorities and focus areas.
- This role will work strategically with CEO to identify and execute key marketing strategies to support member engagement, increase retention and ensure maximum impact through Sarmaye&Danesh owned channels and other channels which the company used for advertising.
- Given the fast paced ever changing dynamics of our business, this person needs to be very comfortable pivoting and managing a variety of enterprise needs.
- Bringing a balance of strong critical thinking, with an eye for compelling content and creative is key to maximizing marketing impact.
- The successful candidate will have the expertise to support thought leadership activity, serving as the expert voice in the market to position our brand, and execute content marketing strategy and plan.
- Candidate should have the analytical capacity, be both a creative thinker and execution master.
- Someone who thrives in a fast moving, evolving environment while working effectively cross functionally with others to drive marketing objectives.

Requirements

• College degree in marketing/communications or experience in related field. Master’s degree preferred. • 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in financial services product marketing) • Experience in brand building, content marketing, demonstrated marketing effectiveness • Strong understand of modern day marketing strategies, digital marketing, social media and content marketing • Experience with website marketing strategies and Google Analytics • Incredible business judgement balanced with strong understanding of consumer to drive maximum impact • Understanding of design thinking, journey mapping and other foundational marketing process principles • Expert in developing results-driven go-to-market programs and product launches with experience identifying marketing effectiveness/analysis to prove return on marketing investment. • Skilled at balancing strategy and tactics to drive growth through flawless execution and measured results • Experience owning your role and taking initiative to find opportunities and develop plans that inspire others • Strong presentation skills, including development of PPT and effective storytelling • Ability to partner effectively, handle complex situations and strong creative problem solving is a must • Comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization including, VPS, our CEO and executive team • Strong balance of creative and analytical skillset – ensuring strong critical thinking and confidence in decision making • Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments • Passion for managing people and developing talent • Strategy driven, action oriented, results focused • Experience managing marketing plans and budgets • Ability to operate in the gray with shifting and conflicting priorities • Creative self-starter with can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach • Flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver according to pre-determined schedule. • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
