Job Description

- Set appointments and meeting for managers
- Work with computer programs like Excel, Word and other office programs.
- Responding emails, letters and inquiries
- Managing visitors and coordinating for reception of guests
- Preparing and typing draft letters
- Answering phone calls
- Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Arrangement of all flights, hotel bookings and getting visa for business and other trips
-Type & dispatch required letters and minutes of meetings internally and externally
- PR has a strong, high precision and programmed
- Working Time: Saturday - Wednesday: 8:30 AM to -17:00 PM - Thursday 8:30 AM to 13:30 PM

Requirements

- At least 3 years’ experience in related position Having ICDL skill - Ability to recognize the principles and concepts of secretariat - Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Category - Effective administration abilities - Honesty and personal maturity - Good negotiation skill - Team work abilities and skills - Attention to details - Trustworthy & Initiative - English Language proficiency - Gender Preference: Female - Ideal Age Range: 23 - 32
