Job Description

- Performs clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, placing orders, and answering calls
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
- Answers customer and supplier questions
- Assists with organizing events when necessary
- Performs additional duties when required

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree - Mastery in using MS Office software - Multitasking capabilities - High level of communication, team work and organization skills - At least 3 years’ Experience in related field.
