Job Description

Executive Secretary/assistant

To provide the required services and assistance to the board of directors in particular to the president of the group.
Such services comprise of:
- Preparing relevant correspondences through email, or other means available.
- Arranging meetings as instructed by the president of the company, and the board members.
- Following up commercial schemes on behalf of the president and the board of directors.
- Participating in meetings when, and as instructed by the president of the company.
- Managing the daily affairs/tasks pertinent to the operation of the office.

Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST Adequate knowledge of computer works Presentable and agility in PR work High communication skills Flexibility Great performance in office duties Multi-tasking
