-Prepare managerial reports -Registration of all incoming and outgoing letters of the company in the office of the indicator and control of the relevant appendices -Correspondence archive such as file formation - coding - classification and maintenance. -Receiving papers - typed reports and correspondence and checking appendices and signing them -Coordination of all operating management programs, meetings, appointments
Requirements
-At least 6 years of proven experience in a related field
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Ability to prepare managerial reports
-Competent English knowledge
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal, written)
-Perfect attention to details
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Excellent typing skills (English and Farsi)
-Ideal Age Range: 22 - 40
