IFA is hiring a proactive, self-motivated, flexible, hardworking and experienced public relations professional for the position of PR manager.
The candidates should be experts in writing, especially in Persian. They also need to have a good experience in managing social media, events and media relations. She/he would be in charge of all communication activities in IFA and is responsible to build and develop IFA’s image in public. Roles & Responsibilities: - Planning and executing public relations strategies - Creating content for different platforms including social media, website, media etc. - Building relations with Iranian and international media - Executing events such as press conferences, fundraisings and exhibition - Building strategic and influential communications with IFA’s different stakeholders such as donors, sponsors, rural society, internal team and volunteers - Planning, managing and evaluating IFA’s advertising activities and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Social Sciences and other related fields preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in public relations (experience in charities, NGOs and humanitarian associations is a plus)
- Social media and digital marketing expertise
- Familiar with humanitarian work
- Strong Persian writing and editing ability
- Experience in executing events
- Ability to travel to rural areas in Iran
- Ability to work under pressure
