Job Description

Job Purpose:
He/she is responsible to execute fully NPS purchasing activities from market. He/she is also responsible to lead & execute all phases of procurement activities in Market.

He/she is responsible to execute all activities fully in compliance with P2P Policies & Procedures and controls and with continuous effort to reach and improve KPI targets.

He/she is responsible for areas in his/her duty in terms of Negotiation Calendar, Exception Lists, Vendor Registration and Evaluation.


Areas of responsibility:

1) Identifying functional requirements for range of spend categories and working closely with requested departments and Global Procurement group in defining optimal supplier for each category as well as contractual conditions.

2) In cases where individual procurement initiatives are necessary for certain spend type, takes part in negotiations with potential suppliers in close cooperation with the respective departments to ensure the most competitive value in terms of quality, price, service for the Company.

3) Managing existing suppliers base on his/her respective area and maintaining effective communication with vendors. Regularly assessing supplier performance and communicating it to internal customers and assessed vendors to constantly improving customer-buyer-vendor relationship.
4) Proactively researching and monitoring the market for the new suppliers and products with the best price & value propositions.

5) Purchasing goods & services upon requests received from internal customers within agreed budgets and timeliness based on the established vendor agreements and Company Policies and Procedures.

6) Resolving issues related to vendor performance and undelivered or damaged materials and services. Supporting Business Service Centers in issue resolution on payments, closing documents, etc.

7) Regularly maintaining of the purchasing related analytical reports. Supporting decision making process of the Procurement cluster specialist Supervisor and internal customers.

Requirements

Candidate profile: Education: • University degree in Commercial, Business Administration or similar fields. Work Experience and Competence: • At Least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing and Logistics areas. • Capable in developing strategies and following implementation. • Strong system utilization and analysis techniques for purchasing activities. • Very strong communication skills. Languages & Computer Skills: • Intermediate knowledge of English) writing and speaking). • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
