Job Description

List of responsibilities:
- Recording and archiving all documents related to the commercial department.
- Updating and interpolation of all information related to current commercial documents in information corpus bank.
- Following up and receiving responses or approvals related to business documents from other departments.
- Preparing and submitting of periodic reports (daily, weekly and monthly) to perform tasks assigned to the Commercial Manager.
- Coordinating and supervising the quantitative and qualitative inspection of purchased goods.
- Planning, organizing and coordinating the current affairs assigned based on the executive plan developed by the relevant management.
- To be aware of short-term and long-term needs of the company and planning to meet the needs in a timely manner.
- Coordinating regarding the relationship with local agencies and foreign companies that are parties to the contract or parties to the required goods.
- Checking the list of orders received from other departments, checking the degree of urgency of needs, taking the necessary action to receive preforma invoice.
- Submitting the proforma to the supervisor and receiving the final confirmation of the order along with providing the necessary budget from the financial department after the approval of the purchasing manager.
- Coordinating for commodity insurance and its services with the desired goods and equipment.
- Reporting to: Commercial Manager.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
- Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Travel requirements: Based on Company's plan.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc in Economy, Commercial Management, etc. - Nature and length of previous experience: 8 years of related experience. - Specialist knowledge: Good Knowledge in English. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Team Work, Adaptability, Good Communication Skills.
