Job Description

- Developing, implementation of Procurement Activities include Procurement Planning, Market Research, Sourcing, Analyzing, Budgeting, Order Placement, Contracting, Expediting, Cost Controlling, Logistics and Delivery of all purchases.
- Taking the necessary quotations from contractors/suppliers in accordance with Company Purchasing Procedures.
- Managing Tenders and prepare commercial analysis to procurement Manager.
- Participating in Supplier Audits.
- Sourcing capable resources in accordance with the scope of work and commercial/technical qualifications.
- Managing the value engineering & savings opportunities.
- Following up all manufacturing orders and make sure all QC requirements are conducted.
- Expediting and ensuring timely delivery of all orders.
- Preparing related reports to the procurement activities progress.
- Managing suppliers and make sure the best in price and quality are delivered.

Requirements

- BS/ MS degree from a reputable university, in Engineering. - Minimum of 7 Years work experience in a related field - Familiar with the goods, materials & equipment, also the suppliers & contractors in the field of Oil & Gas - Eager to achieve challenging targets - Multi-task capability - Capability to communicate well - Fluent in English - Complex problem-solving, Critical thinking, Self-motivation, Problem sensitivity - Hardworking, Team working, Effective negotiation and communication - Excellent ICDL knowledge - Excellent knowledge in MS-Office - Working knowledge of ERP and BI platforms - Excellent knowledge in respected local & international laws and regulations to the procurement & logistics (Customs clearance, Insurance, Shipping, Import & Export, LC, Bank Guarantees …)
