Job Description

Developing, implementation and management of Procurement Activities include Procurement Planning, Market Research, Sourcing, Analyzing, Budgeting, Order Placement, Contracting, Expediting, Cost Controlling, Logistics and Delivery of all purchases considering:
- Developing the strategy for procurement and supply within the organization.
- Building productive relationships with stakeholders.
- Applying procedures that regulate procurement and supply
- Recognizing the importance of the external environment in procurement and supply
- Developing systems for procurement and supply
- Controlling expenditures on goods and services
- Developing contracts with suppliers
- Conducting supplier appraisal
- Effective negotiation and contract management in procurement and supply
- Achieving added value outcomes in procurement and supply
- Developing capabilities to manage procurement and supply
- Creating and implementing best practices procurement principles and process across all global business divisions
- Effective inventory control and management

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field preferably in the field of Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities or Construction - Master / Bachelor Degree in the fields of Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil), Management, MBA or other related fields from the reputable universities. (3 years more experiences for the holders of Bachelor Degree in the same field) - Age: Preferably between 29 – 40 years - Excellent English knowledge - 3 Months’ Probation may apply Main Skills and abilities: • Complex problem-solving, Critical thinking, Self-motivation, Problem sensitivity • Hardworking, Team working, Effective negotiation and communication • Excellent ICDL knowledge • Excellent knowledge in MS-Office • Working knowledge of ERP and BI platforms • Excellent knowledge in respected local & international laws and regulations to the procurement & logistics (Customs clearance, Insurance, Shipping, Import & Export, LC, Bank Guarantees …)
