Quality Control Manager

Job Description

- Identify the processes of the organization and determine its monitoring and measurement indicators
- Collaborate in formulating organizational strategies and planning quality goals and programs
- Pursue the achievement of quality goals and programs and report to senior management
- Collaborate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them
- Compilation or revision of documents required for processes through documentation, including procedures, instructions and forms in collaboration with process managers
- Request corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance
- Pursue corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance
- Provide reports and suggestions to senior management to improve activities
