Our Receptionists provide the first impression of Servcorp to our clients, and their clients. Our Receptionists are the heart of the Servcorp operation, having an extremely important role which encompasses many skills; for example, answering our Servcorp telephone lines, clients telephone lines, greeting guests, providing service and IT skills, just to name a few!
You are the window through which Servcorp is viewed. Your personal presentation must be excellent at all times, your smile constantly on show and your efficiency and professionalism first class

Requirements

• Speaks well and clearly – articulates well and speaks with confidence • Possesses a positive outlook • Anticipates what is required next and takes action • Maintains a high standard of personal presentation Skills • Is consistently self-assessing their skillset and seeks further opportunities for further training • Possesses exemplary organizational skills • Is highly technology proficient • Has exceptional phone manner • Is able to approach tasks with creativity and a personal flair Training within 3 weeks to be proficient: • Work smart Console Expert • Unified Voicemail messaging system • Call Manager and Unity • Beginner to intermediate: Word/Excel/Outlook • IP Phone system and handset features • Servcorp Online knowledge – both in understanding the platform and able to train clients • Master of OTIIS, Task Timer and transactions • All equipment on the floor, e.g., printer, coffee machine, shredder, etc.
