Job Description

Develop/Maintain a general recruitment policy for the company.
• Communicate with clients and Departments to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Prepare an HC planning quarterly basis.
• Perform different assessment policies for different levels.
• Research into Clients Company.
• Research into competitors and market place.
• Identify prospective candidates/Talents using a variety of channels.
• Conduct confidential interviews, Phone interviews based on competency
• Follow-up references and check credits.
• Present shortlisted candidates.
• Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Advise/Train clients on best-recruiting practices
• Analyzes the recruitment performance, cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements
• Prepare monthly and annual hiring and HR planning reports.
• Implement onboarding of newcomers.

Requirements

- M.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (Preferred to be familiar with the Pharmaceutical industry). - Knowledge of Employment Laws and recruiting best practices. - Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours, when needed. - Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities. - Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Have the ability to work independently - Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. - Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems - Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach. - Additional HR training will be a plus - Good English skills
