Job Description

Tipax is looking for an experienced Recruiting Supervisor to lead our talent attraction, screening, selection and overall staffing effort. The Recruiting supervisor will manage and develop a recruiting team. The scope of the Recruiting supervisor will include all areas of the recruitment life cycle (planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding).

Primary Job Duties:
Develop and Execute on Talent Strategy:
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates at all levels of the organization
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency through the process and applicant experience

Process Improvement:
- Manage and optimize the recruitment process for all positions
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Team Leadership:
- Develop staff through coaching, balancing business needs and career goal

Other Duties:
- Identify and select different sources of absorption
- Review the resume, conduct job interviews, and identify talented people for key jobs
- Review and identify different recruitment channels
- Supervision of job advertisements
- Carrying out job interviews along with psychological tests
- Conduct an exit interview
- Monitoring daily and weekly reports
- Provide creative ideas on recruiting for all job levels
- Adequate experience related to the recruitment process using different techniques
- supervising employment interviews
- Organize interviews and design targeted questions related to each job position
- Recruitment according to the organizational chart

Requirements

- At least bachelor’s degree in management/industrial engineering and related field - 6+ years of experience in the field of human resources - At least 4 years of supervisor experience - Ideal Age Range: 30–38 - Fluent in new interviewing techniques - Result oriented - Excellent communication skills - Strong networking abilities - Multitasking skills - Time management - Problem solving skills - Mastering the recruitment and recruitment process - Mastering the implementation of job interview techniques - Familiarity with employment tests and how to use them in the process
